Kanbe’s Markets is a non-profit organization that seeks to serve, and ultimately eliminate, the food deserts in Kansas City. Their goal is to eliminate food insecurity by providing a distribution model that is more inclusive, enhances small businesses, and improves communities one neighborhood at a time.
